| Please allow up to 48 hours for a response on all inquiries relating to returns and exchanges. |
| There are absolutely no returns on washed materials or non-printed defects. We claim the right to allow a slight variance in our designs within a certain level, which shall be considered acceptable. Being that our creations are done by hand, and not by a machine, variance of accurate portrayal on all images on this website deem to be the acceptable source of reference to which all related items and copied items shall be based. |
Any defective materials, or unsatisfactory craft quality will be be replaced, but we will not pay for shipping and handling charges that may apply to a proper return to our facility.
If you would like to return your garment for another, you must speak to a customer service representative prior to shipping your package.
There are NO CASH REFUNDS and NO CREDIT REFUNDS.

| Additional Charges on Merchandise : On custom ordered designs, additional charges may be implemented due to the inconvenience of a non-stocked item, or due to additional shipping charges, time delay on proper design instructions, and time involved with client / designer meetings. Custom designs are based on a "quote" that may change over the duration of the actual manufacturing and designing of the item. |
| Art / Design Services: Art reproduction services are based on a "rebuild" hourly rate of $70.00 per hour. IF your art/design is requires digital imaging, or "hand-drawn" elements, your custom order will be billed accordingly. Some art requests might need "vector" art designs (Adobe Illustrator files). If this is the case, we will let you know. |
| Rush Charges / Overnight Services: If your order requires a "RUSH" priority, please contact us regarding your order. We have a mandatory RUSH CHARGE of $50.00 per order. RUSH orders are orders that must be created and shipped within a 72 hour time frame, starting at the time of order placement. |
